Rental Policies

Our cabin rates vary depending on the season and the length of your stay. Please call for exact rates. All rates are subject to change.

Note: Children 12 and under are admitted free. Additional people 13 or older may be added (up to the maximum cabin capacity) for $15 per night for the one, two, three, and four bedroom cabins, and $25 per night for the Twin Mountain House.

Cabin rental policies:

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• All linens and towels are provided. Exchanges may be made by stopping at the office between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Local telephone calls are free. Long distance calls can be made using your personal calling card or calling collect.
• Cabins with pool tables: A $50.00 cash deposit is required at check-in for pool table equipment (this is optional). It will be refunded when the equipment is returned.
• Firewood is provided during winter months.
• No pets allowed.
• The Rental Company cannot assume responsibility for road conditions to and from the cabins during inclement weather.
• Visa, Mastercard, traveler's checks, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted at check-in time. No personal checks are accepted at check-in.
• Cancellation policy: 80% of your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is canceled 14 days prior to your arrival. After this time, no refunds will be given, and the number of nights reserved cannot be decreased.
• Rescheduling is permitted one time if the request is received 14 days prior to arrival.
• Reservation deposits may or may not be kept in an escrow account pursuant to TCA code #62-13-203 (D) (I)

Twin Mountain House rental policies:

• Cancellation policy: 75% of your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival.
• A $50.00 cash deposit is required at check-in for pool table equipment (this is optional). It will be refunded when the equipment is returned.
